How does billing work?+

Two rules sit behind every plan.

⚡ Pay-as-you-go overage

Run past your allowance and extra usage bills at your own tier rate — from $0.099 down to $0.067 per token.

What happens if I use more tokens than my plan includes?+

Nothing stops. Additional usage bills as overage at your own tier rate rather than at list price, so going slightly over is not penalised.

Rates run from $0.099 per token on Starter down to $0.067 on Enterprise. If overage becomes a regular event, moving up a tier lowers the rate on everything you use, not just the excess.

What is the difference between the Sales and Recruitment plans?+

Price and token allowance are identical. The difference is the workspace: Sales gives you Contacts, Companies and AI; Recruitment gives you Candidates, Companies and AI.

Pick whichever matches your team, or take Enterprise, which is a single combined SKU covering both product lines under one login at the best token rate.

Can I add extra seats?+

Yes. Extra seats are $29 a month each and can be added to any package.

Social Automation is available on the same basis as a flat add-on.

Is there a free plan?+

You can start for free without a credit card.

The most useful thing to do with it is a coverage test: pull a list of accounts you already know are in your market, check how many the platform holds, and verify a sample of the emails before you commit to a paid tier.
